Shipping & Delivery Policy
We take pride in making our furniture and will do all we can to ensure your purchase is delivered to you on time. All our products are packaged for safe transit and will be handled by professionals.
Once your order is received into our Factory, you will be contacted to schedule the delivery to your convenience but subject to available delivery slots. You may also refer to the ORDER CONFIRMATION emailed to you upon purchase for the estimated delivery dates.

🚚 Free Delivery on All Products
We offer FREE delivery on every product in our local area, excluding gift cards and store pickup items. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden charges.
Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the Product Information on our website.
📦 How Do We Ship?
Parcel Delivery – Your shipment will arrive via Delhivery or Bluedart. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. Truck Delivery – When the size and/or weight of your shipment exceed the limits of our parcel carriers, your item will be delivered via one of our trusted freight carriers.
🏠 Truck Delivery Options
For your convenience, we offer 4 service levels for delivery. Delivery expectations for each item will be discussed with you. Not all delivery options are available for each item.
Threshold Service
Your purchase is delivered directly inside your front door or garage, or if you reside in an apartment building, it will be left in your apartment lobby. Moving your item within your home is your responsibility.
Room of Choice
Let us do the heavy lifting! Your purchase is unloaded and delivered to any room or outdoor space. Room of Choice is especially handy for oversized, bulky or heavy items, or for delivery to multi-story homes or apartment buildings. Your purchase will be delivered to a single in-home location; subsequent moving or positioning is your responsibility. Carton and packing material removal is not included.
White Glove Delivery
Your purchase is unloaded, delivered to the room of your choice and unboxed with limited setup. Carton and packing material removal is included.
White Glove with Assembly (Available on select items)
The ultimate experience in convenience. Your purchase is unloaded, delivered to the room of your choice and fully assembled. Carton and packing material removal is included. For mattress delivery, white glove includes removal of your old mattress.
📋 Truck Delivery Requirements
Accepting Your Delivery
- Someone over 18 must be present to sign for delivery
- If you're not home for a confirmed delivery, you'll be responsible for all shipping, storage, and manufacturer charges
While the delivery person is present:
- Open and inspect the item(s)
- For any damage (even minimal), write "Package Damaged" on the delivery form
- Call 8750874187 immediately to report defects or damages
Within 48 hours: If you notice missing or damaged parts, call 8750874187 and we'll send replacement parts free of charge or arrange repairs.
Access Requirements for All Deliveries:
- Street access must be at least 10 feet wide
- No vehicle weight restrictions on roads leading to your home
- Overhead street clearance must be at least 14 feet high
Additional Requirements for Room of Choice or White Glove:
- All stairways, doorways, hallways & turns must be at least 36 inches wide
- No more than two flights of stairs, up to 15 steps each
- All existing furniture must be removed from the area prior to delivery

Kingsman Furnitures™ (Crafted with excellent Wood) reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
Kingsman Furnitures™ (Crafted with excellent Wood) is not responsible for loss or damage to items occurring after delivery by the carrier to you.
