Important Note

• Cancellation: Cancellation is NOT allowed for products after 24 hours of order booking.

Damages & Issues

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery. Additionally, report the issue to our customer care at +918750874187 or  hello@kingsmanfurnitures.com.
• Ensure you inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
• We prioritize the safest methods to deliver your product, but in rare cases of damage, we are here to assist you.

7 Days Return Policy

• We offer returns only in cases of:
  • Damaged items
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Missing items
• To process a return, a full-resolution video is required. The issue must be clearly visible in the video without any pause or cut.
• Contact us within 7 days of order delivery to report the issue.
• Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
  • If the order is lost by the delivery partner.
    
  • If the item is defective or damaged and approved by our side.
  • If the seller is unable to dispatch the order due to any reason.
• Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method. Once initiated, it may take 5-7 business days for Domestic & International payments to reflect in your account, depending on the payment mode used during the transaction.
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your order or reports, and let you know if the refund is approved.

Items Not Eligible for Replacement

The following items are not eligible for replacement:

• Open Box, Wrapper / Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Customized items
• Items marked “Non-Returnable” or "No Replacement" on the sale page
• Sofas
• Swatches

Additional Notes

• If the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we will hold the products for 5 days. After this timeline, Kingsman Furnitures reserves the right to charge for holding the products for a longer duration.
• Kingsman Furnitures reserves the right to decline warranty claims made due to misuse, overlooking care instructions, or claims reported outside the specified reporting period of 72 hours or the warranty period.
• Kingsman Furnitures adheres to Indian consumer law and reserves the right to replace, repair, or provide a suitable remedy for all potential faults (minor or major).
